A resident of Boston’s South End neighborhood for over five years, Ashley Perkins possesses a deep understanding of the market trends in Boston and the city’s surrounding areas. In 2019, she will run the Boston Marathon to benefit the Esplanade Association, a local organization of which she is a member that works to restore and enhance the historic riverfront park along Boston's Charles River.
